The short story

Once you sign up to Snap-Shot-City, you agree to the following:

1. Any content you upload to the Snap-Shot-City website, or submit to Snap-Shot-City, is your responsibility and you will illegally indemnify Snap-Shot-City for any content you provide.
2. Snap-Shot-City may copy, transmit and distribute your work as it wishes and is free to adapt it. If Snap-Shot-City does so, it will attribute you as the author of the work and will only share it with similar conditions.
3. You are fully able to submit or to use any material, including photographs, video, music or sounds contained in any material you provide to Snap-Shot-City.
4. While Snap-Shot-City does not own your material, we can use it and may use it for promotional and other activities, include broadcasting, publishing, online production and mobile content devices (ie i-pods). Any revenues Snap-Shot-City receives from these activities will be used to improve Snap-Shot-City, pay staff and increase the promotion and marketing of your content.

The long story

Submitting your content to Snap-Shot-City constitutes full and complete acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

Snap-Shot-City Ltd (Snap-Shot-City) has the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and Snap-Shot-City will post the changes on www.snap-shot-city.com. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use www.snap-shot-city.com.

1. You are authorised to sign up your teammates to Snap-Shot-City and make this authorisation on their behalf.
2. You grant a royalty free, non-exclusive licence to Snap-Shot-City to deal with any material you or your teammates upload or submit to the Snap-Shot-City website (or associated websites) in any manner whatsoever.
3. Snap-Shot-City will attribute you as the author of any content you provide to Snap-Shot-City.
4. Snap-Shot-City reserves the right to sell advertising in connection with your content and otherwise benefit from and/or realise revenue in connection with your content. Where able and appropriate, Snap-Shot-City may contact you to arrange some share of revenue from the use of your content.
5. You warrant that the copyright (and any other moral, design or artistic rights) in any material you or your teammates upload or submit to the Snap-Shot-City website (including music or video) belongs to you or your teammates, or you have the appropriate licence or approval to deal with it, and that you or your teammates are able to freely deal with the material.
6. You indemnify, and continue to keep indemnified, Snap-Shot-City for any breach of copyright (or other intellectual property) claim arising from any material you or your teammates upload to the Snap-Shot-City website or Snap-Shot-City’s use of that material.
7. You or your teammates will not hold Snap-Shot-City responsible or liable for any injury, damage or loss suffered in any way or manner by you, your teammates or any other person, including through the use of this website, the taking or uploading of any photographs associated with Snap-Shot-City or for any legal proceedings (civil or criminal) taken against you or your teammates;
8. You and your teammates will comply with any relevant laws, regulations, judicial or governmental order, any treaties and will not violate or infringe upon any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other rights of Snap-Shot-City's or of any other person, firm or enterprise laws, regulations, provisions or international treaties.
9. No material you or your teammates upload to the Snap-Shot-City website or provide to Snap-Shot-City will be libellous, defamatory, indecent, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive, racially, culturally, or ethnically offensive, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive, or send or result in the transmission of junk e-mail, chain letters, duplicative or unsolicited messages, or so-called "spamming" and "phishing".
10. Snap-Shot-City reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any content from the Snap-Shot-City website at any time whatsoever.
11. You and your teamates will not modify, disrupt, impair, alter or interfere with the use, features, functions, operation or maintenance of the Snap-Shot-City website.
12. You consent to Snap-Shot-City using the information submitted on the Snap-Shot-City website to contact you via email.
13. Any sites which are linked from Snap-Shot-City's website are not under Snap-Shot-City's control and Snap-Shot-City does not take any responsibility or liability for them. Snap-Shot-City reserves the sole right to allow you or any other person to use this website or engage in any activity arranged by Snap-Shot-City.
14. YOUR USE OF THE WWW.SNAP-SHOT-CITY.COM WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CONTENT, THE REPRESENTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
15. Snap-Shot-City DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY USE NOT SPECIFICALLY AUTHORISED OR THAT IS IN VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE LAWS OR REGULATIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU IN ANY JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY. Snap-Shot-City EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER ARISING OR CAUSED, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OR CHARACTERIZATION OF THE CLAIM AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
16. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Snap-Shot-City relating to your submission of content for use in Snap-Shot-City at www.snap-shot-city.com and the subject matter of this Agreement supersedes any prior or inconsistent agreements. Snap-Shot-City may terminate this Agreement with you, your registration and your right to use www.snap-shot-city.com at any time without notice to you.
17. This Agreement is made in the State of Victoria, Australia, and is governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
